Drilling parts machining
We produce bullets for cutting heads in Rubert and Duval (V325) with heat treatment to reinforce the solidity of the drill head relative to both shocks and corrosion.
We also make probe heads that are used to take samples from the bottom of drill holes.
Gas meter production
For both domestic and industrial gas meters we p
roduce a sub-assembly of plastic pistons inserted between two aluminum disks. This part forms the central body of the meter and enables it to ‘count’ the gas flow.

- profiled pistons in plastic or aluminum, with a titanium axis
- shrink fitting using liquid nitrogen
